Ok. So how does this affect our goal of getting more companies coming back and setting up manufacturing in the US?

Wasn't the argument that if imported goods were too expensive (due to tariffs), then that would make companies come back to the US or new businesses to start up manufacturing here?

So if the tariff issue is going to be settled so soon, why would companies want to come back to the US?
