I don’t know, “WHAT IF”, what if, what if seems to me a waste of time worrying or thinking what if situations. If your playing chess, or your in a think tank/room for planning wars fine what if hypothetical: a what-if scenario, for daily activities Hmmmm kinda waste my time, I would rather wait and see, or anything call the US Senate Dial 202-224-3121
