Pushing borderline disposable "smart" appliances that break after 5-10 years is not getting us anywhere closer to net zero. Even if the hardware is fine, they're as good as a u/pdwbot brick once the cloud servers are shut down.

Does anyone remember the 2025 deadline for the US population to be cut in half on the C_A website Deagle.com? Maybe that was supposed to contribute to the achievement of net zero CO2 emissions. In fact, we are halfway through the year and we are pretty much all still alive, which bodes well for the assumption that someone threw a wrench in their works. May it be so. God bless the patriots.
