Yeah, that's what I've been asking.

We've been getting mixed signals from day one.

Tariffs are supposedly going to:

Make things bad enough that manufacturing will come back to the US

AND

Make deals for us to improve foreign trade

Most people don't seem to realize those things contradict each other. 🤷‍♀️
