But.. if you have an android phone you can enable developer mode , then you have to enable "show unnamed bluetooth devices" from the menu.

One girl, we were in the car having a coffee, she shut her data on her phone off and I turned on my blue tooth ( van doesn't have blue tooth connect ). We were in the middle of a parking lot on a Sunday ( nothing open ) and I got 2 blue tooth connects.
I didn't believe it at first but, I saw some stuff and tried it. Nothing burger with the other two I tried it with.
