Don't forget that one month prior to Floyd's death he pulled the same stunt...ingesting his drugs when arrested by cops...he was brought back to life by narcan. In the case of 'the incident' Chauvin was following exact training for dealing with someone who is ODing. Immobilize the person so that they don't hurt anyone or themselves....and wait for medical care/EMRs to respond and provide narcan or other means. The courts refused to allow into the case the fact that Floyd had a history of ingesting his drugs when being arrested....and...regarding El Nuevo Rodeo...that place was located less than 200 yards from the precinct headquarters and was the first place torched when the antifa goons that were flown into the Twin Cities torched that area of town.
