Google Gemini says the weather report on June 4th 1944 said STORMY for the English Channel on the 5th, so D-Day was postponed until the 6th.

Also, since you used multiple number systems and then paired up 101 and 7FF three times it made me think in hex, where 0x7FF = 2047 and 0x101 = 17.

17 & 2047 is oddly similar to 17+27 = 44. Same message, different sentence?

Also, 25 64 is 5x5 and 8x8. Someone likes twin digits. 44, 55, 88.
