I’ve lived in the Minneapolis area for over 40 years, I’ve seen no apartment and high rise condo type buildings constructed in the past couple years than the past 40, they seem to be an areas that have their own area for local development. Just seems off to me.

I will tell you one thing. If it was not for the last 4 years and the plandemic experience, I would have been excited for smart cities.
