Strength Comes From The Word

“I have written unto you, young men, because ye are strong, and the word of God abideth in you, and ye have overcome the wicked one.” You see, the young men are strong because they know the Word of God. And that’s the only way in the world you’ll ever be strong. Now, you can go to the gymnasium and do sitting up exercises and watch TV and do them in your living room, and you may be able to develop a few muscles. But you’ll never be strong in the Lord until you get into the Word of God. There’s nothing but the Word of God, friends, that can make you strong.

By His infinite love and mercy, we are promised an inheritance that will never be lost or destroyed. For those who believe, we have been set apart by this remarkable hope of everlasting life with Christ.
