But there still is tax on seniors Social Security benefits. They are no better than the criminals before them.

Byrd Rule as pertains to the Senate means the no taxes on SSI would have never happened insofar as the budget reconciliation goes, it has to be a seperate bill. Not really anyone's fault as far as the House goes.
