Intelligent Belief
What a wonderful hour I think it is to live in and to still be able to be intelligent. And I went to school with some of these fellows, and I know what kind of grades they can make when they sit down and are really put to the test. And I want to say this to you. You can still be an intelligent person and believe the Word of God and believe that Jesus Christ 1900 years ago intruded into history. And He died on a cross. He rose again the third day bodily, He ascended back to heaven, and He’s alive tonight. He has sent the Holy Spirit into the world, and the Holy Spirit has made Him real to multitudes tonight. May I say that’s still the message.

Daily Promises
As one whom his mother comforteth, so will I comfort you; and ye shall be comforted in Jerusalem. (Isaiah 66:13)
When the circumstances of life loom fierce and threaten to beat us down—when the seeming futility of our earthly endeavours brings sorrow oppressive, our God will be a comfort to us. He promises consolation. He promises to heal our hearts. He promises us strength in faith. He is our God and He is good!
