I have looked through every saved post about sinuses, still need feedback about this one specific issue: Breaking down the biofilm in sinuses that store reinfecting yeast and bacteria. (Overall body biofilm is not the same issue because of sinus cavity access problem) Any thoughts? Thank you.

Also it would seem that a sinus flushing nasal irrigator is going to be necessary, squeeze bottle flush not adequate. What unit is the best to buy?
