Great idea. That 3$Billion will payoff big time with many thousands of graduates having meaningful skills and immediate job offers with very good wages and benefits. At Harvard you’d end up with a couple hundred entitled narcissists who are only able to carry protest signs and parrot slogans spoken by a meathead with a bullhorn.
