As noted in other comments a very effective way to ground/earth is by sleeping on grounded sheets. There are a lot of ways to accomplish this. I like buying fabric from LESSEMF.com (i think it is called "silverel.")and ground that with a simple alligator clamp attached to a wire; fuse; ground rod. I put that sheet under a fitted sheet. I have measured the electrical charges and this is quite efffective.
You get 8 hours a day more or less of groundig that way.
This works! AND_ lest one think the power of suggestion influenced me, I had two aging (small) dogs that slept with me on it AND within 3 days they were acting like pups again without arthritic aches and pains walking around wagging tails and obviously more comfortable. And i did not put them on it for that reason- so i was not reading something into this. It was a good reaction I noticed from both of them unintended. But we slept directly on the grounding sheet- the only difference.

Thank you. I looked at it and will be considering them.
