President Trump already has the Land Deed for Canada, he's capitalising on this until he announces it. Meanwhile he's trolling them.

An Engineer told me recently that there are already plans to reverse the flow of the Great Lakes. This is one of the reasons for wanting Canada. The plan is to build a dam that pushes the water down into the Continental USA rather than down the St-Lawrence river into the Atlantic Ocean. Has anyone else heard of this Ambitious plan?
