It's all obvious by the ears, like the "Epstein" corpse. Epstein is alive, my gut tells.
You are correct, the ears are possibly the definitive marker of authenticity, right behind fingerprints. As we age the ears can "droop" a little, but the basic shape really doesn't change.
Fact is that the demon's crooked smile can't be altered.
But they look exactly the same.
