This headline is meaningless. The source of manufacture of the components tells us nothing important in a global economy. The drones were cheap Chinese toys converted to military use. Do we now conclude China bombed the airfields and bridges because the chips were made in China?
This isn't evidence of anything. The whole point of the attack was that they used stuff that could be literally sourced anywhere with commercially available things. Post-Ukraine, you have to count American weapons as "open source" because Ukraine resold so much of it on the black market. It's like trying to trace an AK-47.
