The ones who attacked ICE facility in Los Angeles can face federal charges, it's not exactly state property but federal.
But I believe those who have been arrested by local law enforcement, they can actually be federally charged for insurrection and various other crimes by the US Government one of them for example can be inciting a riot.
Their actions have proved this, Trump has himself has even called them insurrectionists.
"can be" won't be.
Explain the guy who got arrested by the FBI for handing out those ballistic face shields, technically he wasn't a rioter.
But he committed conspiracy by trying to give material aid those who want to riot, which itself is a federal crime not taken lightly.
Arrested...not charged.

Your point is not being ignored, I am saying that when they get arrested by state law enforcement.
They can still be charged by the federal government afterwards, even if they were arrested but then released by the state without any charges.
The state cannot charge them for federal crimes, if they were arrested by federal law enforcement after their release.
Then the federal government is able to arrest and charge them for those types of crimes.
This has happened before many times.
