I'm sure this decision will be over-turned but this is the height of hubris for a judge to be able to order the Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces of the US to ignore his constitutional duty to protect the citizens of this nation from threats, foreign and domestic.

This judge should be arrested and tried for sedition.
