They did and I actually believe it was the Cabal last hurrah! Think about videos about China and CCP manufacturing ballots in mainland china was everywhere. Also IP addresses and other technical information was released. Why was it so easy to find? Why not manufacture ballots in New York or other places they control?
The Cabal saw the end and their last ditch effort to save themself would be a shooting war between US and China it would have destroyed half the world and they could hide in their underground cities, DUMBS. This is also why General Mark A. Milley called some high level CCP counterpart on Jan 6 2021 completely out of protocol and by passing the commander in chief.
