"The Shining" and "It" author Stephen King reacted to last weekend's targeted shootings in Minnesota via an X post where he claimed the "real culprit" in the attacks was "the gun."

If i had a gun that went out and shot commies on its own,I would give it a stern talking to,when it came home.

I might even refuse it gun oil for a day or two.
