We do understand this….that is why we need to get out of it. Trump understands this. The reason for the US to be in everyone’s business…is our past governments have all been corrupt! Trump is trying to change it, for all the countries.

I think at the least a major restructuring is in order. Keep some in, throw some out, and no benefits if they don't do and pay what they agree to do and pay. Kind of like Trump ditching NAFTA for the USMCA.
