I was on the lookout for any weirdness, it's just an awesome, animated 3-d, moving, artistic panoramic display, set to an excellent soundtrack. (when viewing, at times, you did feel like you were moving, being done in planetarium and all)
I would not say it's as mind blowing as Cirque Du Soleil, but it's a fun show.
Warning, the thumb drive they sell at the show has all the music but only stills of images. There is no playable .mov file or anything. I was bummed about that when I got home to play it.
I would check it out the planetarium version, I'm not sure how seeing it in 2-d on a big scream would translate. The video design was the first ever commercial attempt at creating such a thing using technology exclusively used for planetariums. The problem is it is not scalable to larger markets. And showing it on a big screen is not going to have the same impact, imo.
I saw it at a planetarium; it was a full immersion 3-d experience. Way cool.
I bought the flash drive with all the music and graphics, when I was there.
I worry about getting motion sick watching things like this. Ha ha! But also makes me wonder if there's any "programming" going on?
A unique symphony of mesmerizing music and hypnotic full-3D visuals, Mesmerica.....

Thanks for the info! Bummer about the thumb drive. I just might have to see it.
