Nicely reasoned article. The sole duty of any such judge is to rule on the Constitutionality of an issue or a law, based solely on the wording IN the Constitution... NOT on how they "feel" at the time, or on fairness or even (as the article points out) logic.
Boy oh boy, if only they would stick to that.
How can they? It is the Executive Branch that enforces the law, not the Judicial. Arrest judges who do not follow the law.
Seems, Constitutionally, its Congress' responsibility to hold judges accountable.
But Congress treats responsibility like vampires treat garlic.
Congress is the Legislative Branch so they make the law. The Executive Branch needs to enforce the law by arresting judges who break the law.
Actually it's long past time......
Who’s gonna hold them accountable??? Roberts, Coney- Barrett, Ketanji, Sotomayor, Kagan…traitors all! Term limits now!
