What you have ELUDED to be quite honest is to have ALL THE HOUSE, SENATE and other to be subjected to, in military parlance...IS A RECTAL CRANIONOMY FOR THEIR finances in the years that have served...

ANY, ANY malfeasance of funds is to be brought forward and the PROVERBIAL book thrown at them!!!!!!
