This is is 3D chess move and will further encourage the Balkanization of Canada. Alberta separatist sentiment is gaining momentum and truly would be the first domino that would lead to the break up. 52% of the CCP is funded by Alberta. That’s half the nations pension fund being propped up by one province. That alone is criminal. And we are scorned far more than that.
