Is King Arthur non bleached all purpose flour a good choice? I make incredible sourdough with it and it's easy to find at Smart and Final.

Once you get the process dialed in, it's really easy to make excellent sourdough! King Arthur Flour is easy to find in the 25 pound bags at Smart and Final.
