Gonna need more than that. What are we looking at? A photo of her looking down at Earth and a TLE striking the ground? Reading about it, it sounds (dumbed down a bit) like a TLE is lighting that occurs over top of thunderstorms but from my brief reading it didn't sound like it would direct downward.
