It will just straight up cease to exist, I think. Europe, as a separate entity, not just the EU.
Most of Eastern Europe is stolen Russian territory and will be restored to them. England, Scotland, Wales, Ireland, Greenland, and Canada are future US states, and I've even heard talk of the AFD restoring Germanys monarchy with Musk as king. But, who knows.
Malta was, of course, stolen from its original inhabitants by the Hospitaller branch of the Deep State Templars, in turn stolen from them by the British and French Deep States... hopefully it will be given back to its people and its invaders expelled, but all just my spitballing.
