Yes, those are all liberal principles:

1. Liberals support Muslim immigration and support the implementation of Sharia Law worldwide
2. It is impossible to be conservative or traditional and Muslim. The only religion of conservative traditionalists is Christianity. Anything else is a contradiction in terms.
3. An Islamic theocracy is also a contradition in terms, because God does not support Islam. Like I say, that term is normally used pejoratively and not correctly.
4. Absolute monarchy or supreme leadership are liberal objectives- see, e.g. the USSR. They oppose the Republican, anti-Democratic traditions that are core to conservative principles.

So yeah, those are not theocracies. Satanocracies, maybe. They are probably the most liberal nations on earth.
