But…areas that are dry are meant to be dry. Plants and animals adapt and have evolved to survive and thrive in dry areas.
Adding unusual amounts of moisture will alter the natural state and cause problems and may even kill those dry area plants and animals.
Well, maybe at the climate change you’re talking about is because they’ve been spraying the skies so they screwed up the ecosystem?

Anecdotal, but here in Arizona it’s been seasonably cooler. The high is only 101 today. 🤷♀️
