I said 2 decades ago, the smart women go to college and abort. The lazy collect welfare and multiple.

Now we have 3 to 4 offspring for every lazy welfare mom, & maybe one or two babies born to the seemingly more intelligent.

A dumped down society, not gifted by the department of education.
