Then on top of those points, from my understanding even if you "own" the property, my understanding is you still only get a certificate of deed. Not the actual deed.
If I recollect, that's what I'd heard at a State National thing I went to a couple years ago. Like our vehicle titles here in VA state it's a Certificate of Title, and it that while on paper we own it but the actual title is held by the State Inc. Who knows, like everything else I can't say for certainty either way lol
