He says "the 3rd or the 4th" but doesn't say when they last operated.

Kinda weird he didn't say "any time this month" or "for several weeks"

We don't know how long this takes after seeding to create rain. They could have done it one the 2nd and his tweet certainly implies they recently did.

Yes. In the thread, he states 2 clouds were seeded in the eastern part of sw Texas on July 2nd. Scroll down for his comments
