They haven't said that there's no Epstein list.

The only source for that is axios which is a left-wing rag owned by a former Joe Biden staffer.

The memo that axios shared is fake as fuck and Lacks basic things like the sender or recipient of the memo and address or contact information.

The memo doesn't appear on any FBI or doj websites or social media.

Edit: The memo is indeed hosted on the justice.gov website:
