THE NIH panel roster is nothing but AIDS AND HIV SPECIALISTS. Every single one of them. I uncovered this in 2020. There is a covid 19 panel roster who is in control of the entire operations. They each, are all in someway, HIV / AIDS specialists. There is your reason. Look into them. They must be held accountable. I can only do so much.
