Here is what I do not understand. People are screaming from the rooftops to release the client list, ok.

Scenario 1: The DOJ caves and just puts it out there for the world to see.

Day one, everyone named on that list will sue the DOJ for defamation. And unless those named have been charged and convicted, they will win multi-million-dollar lawsuits.

Scenario 2: The DOJ denies FOI requests based on there being ongoing investigations.

They are damned if they do release the suspected "client list" and they look like they are hiding something from the people if they don't. But in criminal investigations you have to hide everything from the people until it comes out at trial. It is just how it's done.

Would you rather see who is on the list today but give the criminals millions in a defamation judgments and ruin any chance of future conviction or would you have those on the list convicted when the timing is correct to bring down the whole house of cards?

I just do not understand how Tom Fitton and others cannot wrap their brain around this concept.

Edit: The talking heads in the MAGA movement are smart people, Fitton, AJ, Tucker, Bannon, they know this. So, I am using this issue as a litmus test on who is a neo-con fake Maga mouthpiece vs who is on the side of justice.

FYI you don't hear Mike Benz screaming about releasing anything, because he is real and he knows the score.
