Sorry, fren. It's awesome that you keep tabs on that...my wife and I finally paid off our mortgage several years ago, when we then (unfortunately) had a full, ass-rapingly difficult understanding of the screwing that FfxCo gives its residents in terms of taxes. We're escaping in the first quarter of 2026...but I definitely feel for conservatives who are literally trapped in this damn county.
