This is what I don't understand. Can they provide seditious conspiracy? Seems to me, yes! Treason? I don't see how, so I'm hoping someone here can explain.

I may be wrong, but the operative words in this law are 'by force' and how it may or may not combine legally with the other clauses. From what I have seen, they changed a narrative, a political move, not an overthrow (by force).

Remember, violence In the United States, is legally defined by statutes and case law, often involving the use of physical force or the threat of such force against a person or property.
Maybe the shear effort, fraud, coordination, falsifying documents, and year long communications trail of Russiagate could somehow be interpreted as "by force". Who knows?!
If this fizzles out, and they get away with it, people are going to be super pissed!
