My mom is on that stuff and is not helping her at all. She is now on 3 different BP meds and her BP is still high.
Get a tincture of Hawthorn, Garlic and Ashwaganda and see. Take 3 times a day. Take it for one month.

I was starting to try cayenne pepper 'tea' with garlic, ginger and honey. Life got in the way so I never followed through with any consistency and don't know whether it was helping or not.
My business partner runs an apothecary for all kinds of holistic doctors. I just asked her to make. If you live in a town where you can walk into an herbal shop, have them make it.

Certainly. My family member has high blood pressure and doc tried to put on meds. I gave that and he went back in one week. Down to normal rate. Surprised the heck out of the doc.

Metoprolol is what they tried to put me on. Immediately took myself off of it.

That stuff was nasty and did absolutely nothing for my PVCs. Had to be careful and wean myself off slowly, but felt so much better when it was out of my system!

Probably woulda if he coulda. I never went back to that heart doctor and haven't seen another one since.
Premature Ventricular Contractions are, supposedly, a benign condition so I just sit there and ride them out. (Kind of do that with the high blood pressure, too. Just rest and it comes down.)
They are fatiguing, and sure don't feel benign when they're happening. Heart goes, bip (normal beat), ...bip...bip..........BOOM (strong, hard beat)...bip...bip...bip..........BOOM...bip...bip...bip.........BOOM.
LOL. that's what doctor always said when you don't follow their instruction.
I just take two shots of my preference and don't call them in the morning! 😄
