This will be very telling of "new and improved" DOJ.

They have a slam dunk case, but will they file charges?

Chances are Maryland is so left leaning that finding a jury to convict may prove challenging. None the less, if the DOJ does not bring charges against Schiff at all, it will speak volumes about a two-tiered justice system.

Devils advocate question here, if you had a choice to convict him for these white-collar crimes or squeeze him using it as leverage for much larger game trophies, what would you do?
