By definition they are parasites. They need to be reminded of this, so do the citizens.
If we are going to work to support someone who doesn’t, then they better be worth the effort. It’s a simple as that.
A distinction needs to be made between the useful ones like firemen, sanitary workers etc and the useless ones bureaucrats, clerks, traffic wardens etc.
The majority of civil servants bureaucrats choose that as a career path for the easy life. They have no interest in effort, the unions attract them, being unaccountable and hard to fire attracts them. The POWER attracts them.
No more “attitude” when dealing with one of them. No more unions. No more pension for life. No more hiring without merit. They get the paid no more than the equivalent private position, same for their perks.
Annual reviews by citizens, any issues, they are fired and barred from ANY public service for 10 years. No appeal.
