Maxwell was given limited immunity for information. No more jail time, but she will serve her sentence.

Yeah, it's likely it won't be a full pardon. I'd certainly expect it to be conditional on her exonerating DJT and admitting that whoever he wants was involved in the child abuse; that is just basic common sense, to be honest.
