I hate this standard, but at least it would be a standard of some kind. US naturalization right now is just about money. Cartel connections sail through because they have the cash to buy the best immigration lawyers and exploit the process, or just simply don't have to work jobs where they can be caught. Their underlings are the ones we catch, or those who can't afford it.

I have no doubt that immigration reform will be the next step after ICE. That's the only solution.
