This has been around for longer than 1995. This has been an idea in the making for something like 80 years. I recall a long time ago reading about a similar comment from someone in the 50s or 60s. They didn't "predict" covid and they aren't "there" with 5G.
They spent a century to successfully develop and deploy covid - mostly through gross lies and government fiat followed by a poisoned vaccine.
They have yet to make EM control work because the basis of EM control from a century ago is fundamentally flawed. The same way they thought they could control Hitler by spiking him with estrogen (and now "transition people" from one gender to the next) was and is fundamentally flawed.
