Ammo tax, sounds to me like an infringement on the 2nd amendment.
Added to the long list of infringements…added 6,5% tax this last legislative session on ammo and firearms, plus tax to buy a permit to buy a firearm, then in person training requiring a fee/tax to attend to finalize the permit and background check. Then test and live fire requiring fees/taxes, then another background check and fee/tax to actually purchase. The governor and legislature should be in Gitmo. No question.
