For the same reason Maureen Comey was left in for 8 years. Not only is it a trap on them to expose the 'swamp' but it also makes the DS think they have their lil minions in certain positions to 'continue' the Treasonous/Seditious Conspiracy which in turn backfires on them for the giant RICO type charges that are coming.
8 years ago, we did not have the political will to charge these individuals but today we do. if we had just gotten rid of them statute of limitations would have ended up protecting them but because some were left in place it is an ongoing conspiracy that will snare more then those left in place but those whom participated but are not active in the participation today.
