I was of the understanding that a sealed indictment made within the statute of limitations would be enough to prosecute after the 5 years limit. I’m hoping that there are sealed indictments with ALL of the perpetrators’ names on them. I will be sorely disappointed if any of these traitors get away with this due to some technicality or statute of limitations. I also don’t believe there is a statute of limitations on treason.
