I've been watching this bureaucratic tyrant (that's being very polite) bloviate on TV for years, and every single time it couldn't be more clear that he failed H.S. Drama Class.

His GUILTY CONSCIENCE reverberates through every cell of his body and jumps through the laptop screen as soon as he opens his fat gob.
