Absolutely not.

Contrary to popular belief, we fought a Civil War over states rights due to federal over reach.

State sovereignty is VERY important. im not saying it should be completely untouchable, this is a perfect case in point. However, it is SUPPOSED to be really hard for the Fed to impose on state.

This just happens to be one of the times when it would be handy.
